Its Rockbridge Regional Center address is on Forest Avenue, in the city, so this is a defined campus destination rather than a vague regional project. The opening is a completed milestone; it does not show an ongoing renovation, food program interruption, or equipment rental. If a future college project requires temporary meal production, Buena Vista kitchen trailer rental should be scoped to the institution’s own serving calendar, menu, and approved receiving parcel. Drivers would need a campus gate, delivery hours that avoid student traffic, safe turning room, and clear fire access. The facilities team would need to confirm potable water, wastewater, electricity or fuel, and foodservice approvals. A training center’s existence alone cannot determine the size or need for a temporary kitchen.
