Conduit Road and Ellerslie Avenue paving

Local record and application

What this record means for a receiving site

The city announced paving on Conduit Road and Ellerslie Avenue beginning July 30, 2026, with completion expected August 21. Its notice told motorists to expect delays and consider alternate routes. A private operator near either street should distinguish temporary pavement access from its own approved service gate and unloading time. The notice specified a three-week summer window, so the issue may now be restored pavement rather than a live paving crew. Check for updated markings or continuing utility boxes at the intersection. Verify the present road condition instead of treating the archived paving schedule as a live closure. Conduit Road and Ellerslie Avenue were affected during a defined paving window, so later dish operations require a fresh access check. If a nearby kitchen schedules its own washroom repair, Colonial Heights dishwashing trailer rental could be quoted from rack loads and service hours. Keep the dirty return from crossing a public detour, identify hot-water and drain connections, and arrange unloading where fresh pavement or temporary parking controls do not block the truck.
