The city requested proposals to replace flow-control equipment at its Water Treatment Plant, including associated electrical controls and installation labor. This is an infrastructure procurement, not an announced citywide water outage or a verified food-business disruption. The filter-control replacement includes electrical work inside a specialized utility facility. That procurement should prompt an address-level water check, not a claim that restaurants lost potable supply. Confirm water-service status at the actual receiving address before selecting any temporary foodservice unit. Flow-control and electrical upgrades at the treatment plant do not prove that a restaurant lost dishwashing water.
