Local record and application
What this record means for a receiving site
Lynchburg's Richland Hills project extends public sanitary sewer access to a neighborhood where the city says only about ten percent of homes previously had access. Phase-one construction began in November 2024, and the city continued publishing construction updates in September 2026. A new municipal line does not mean an individual parcel has connected. Before discussing a temporary foodservice unit, the operator must identify the actual wastewater system, possible septic limitations and a receiving drive outside trench work. For any approved neighborhood event, a dishwashing unit would require verified potable water, graywater disposal and a return path separated from guests. For Lynchburg dishwashing trailer rental at a separately approved Richland Hills event, do not assume a new public sewer connection exists on the selected parcel. The organizer should document its water source and wastewater-disposal permission before inviting a wash trailer. Count racks and pots, then find a vehicle-approved pad outside sewer trenches and a protected return path for sanitized wares.
