Local record and application
What this record means for a receiving site
The Waynesboro Public Works Stormwater Crew began the Harmon Avenue Drainage Improvement Project in March 2024. Its notice explains that a pipe along Harmon would carry runoff to North Delphine Avenue to address backyard flooding near the 700 blocks of Harmon and Faber avenues. Northbound Delphine traffic initially narrowed to one lane; by May 7, 2024 that side reopened while Harmon remained limited to local traffic. A December update projected crew demobilization in early February 2025. The archived schedule should not be presented as an active restriction in October 2026. For a separate institutional renovation in the area, Waynesboro kitchen trailer rental would require an actual foodservice interruption and an owner-approved receiving property outside the drainage easement. The quote should identify meal count, kitchen equipment, staff flow, drinking water, wastewater, power or fuel, and fire access. Drivers need current road postings and a site gate before departure. Residential flooding documented by the city does not establish a nearby commercial kitchen loss.
